 Using Skype

Now it’s possible to teach and learn over the internet using Skype from anywhere in the world. All you need is to download Skype software from www.skype.com . Skype software is free. The only equipment you need is a microphone plugged into your computer soundcard using the mic input. Using a webcam is highly recommended so we can see each other. If you have a webcam with a built-in microphone, you can have audio and video at the same time. Therefore, you won’t need an external mic since you're using the mic from the camera. If you don’t have a webcam with a built-in microphone, you can just use the microphone only as previously mentioned. I'll be able to hear you but not see you.

Skype is absolutely free when communicating from computer to computer. High speed internet is required to use Skype.
